For this Quest you need to be a fully paid up subscribing Aisling

Walking the lands of Temuair one day you may get a suspicious popup saying:

Greetings there, adventurous Aisling. So, you lookin' for an adventure are you?

Well it won't be easy, and in fact, you might even fail. But in the end, you might find yoursel fwith quite an interesting prize. You up to the task?

Well, seein' as how I am so poor, I could use some coin. Bring me 10,000 and we'll talk about what is next.

Come to the empty house next to the Ranger's Station in Tagor when you finish the task.
 
Alternatively you can enter Nigels house (with the 10k) and walk about till you get the popup

Gather 10k Gold Coins and visit Nigel near the north west corner of Tagor.

Get a finished ruby from anywhere you can and return to Nigel.

Find  Evania inside the Cail Temple in Undine (you must take off weapons and boots to enter the temple). Take the  Goop and physically drop it on her.
 
Return to Nigel. 

Well done! She will think twice before being rude again!

Walk over to the chest and claim your  Ciad necklace. Most of these necklaces give random properties of health, mana, armor, and/or health regeneration. You also now have a legend mark:
